DOBIE, Circuit Judge.
Twenty-four fire insurance corporations, incorporated under the laws of various States of the United States other than West Virginia and under the laws of England, as plaintiffs, filed a civil action in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, seeking a declaratory judgment against Mart Lester and Ed Lester, individually and doing business as Lester Coal Company, and against Corréale Mining Corporation as defendants. Both the Lesters are citizens of West Virginia and Corréale is a Delaware corporation domesticated in West Virginia.
