This bitterly contested litigation has cut a tortuous path through federal and state courts since its inception in 1961. It is now before us on an appeal from a denial by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma of a motion by appellant Hyde Construction Company to dissolve an injunction which, among other things, restrains Hyde from enforcing a judgment obtained in a Mississippi state court and sustained by the Supreme Court of that state. The judgment awarded Hyde damages for breach of contract by appel-lee Koehring Company.…
