The defendant, Oscar Martinez DeJesus, appeals1 from the judgment of conviction of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a (a) and carrying a dangerous weapon in violation of General Statutes § 53-206 (a),2 rendered following a trial to a three judge court.
