*320—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bruno, J.), dated July 20, 1998, as granted the respective cross motions of the defendant New York City Transit Authority and the defendants Gerasimos Vangelatos and Charanjet Singh for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and (2) from so much of an order of the same court, dated January 28, 1999, as, upon renewal and reargument, adhered to the prior determination.
