Before the Court are the following motions: Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Sum mary Judgment (Clerk’s No. 7); Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Clerk’s No. 19); and Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike Portions of the Affidavit of Karen Thompson (Clerk’s No. 30).
