OPINION AND ORDER
LAFFITTE, District Judge.
On May 2,1995, this Court issued an order to show cause pursuant to the First Circuit Court of Appeals decision in Congress Credit Corp. v. AJC Int'l, Inc., 42 F.3d 686 (1st Cir.1994). This Court ordered the Trustee of the United Western of Puerto Rico, Inc. (“Trustee”) estate and all other interested parties to show good cause why the adversary proceedings pending in the bankruptcy court should not be dismissed. (See Dkt. No. 52.)
