This is an appeal from a final summary judgment rendered in a declaratory judgment action concerning the construction of two mineral deeds. This appeal comes from the First District Court in and for Newton County, Texas. Appellees in this case are Henderson Family Partnership, LTD., Katharine Henderson McGraw and husband, Bill F.
