— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Naro, J.), rendered January 24, 1980, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, after a jury trial, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered.
