Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Clyne, J.), rendered February 15, 1983, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the first degree.

Defendant was convicted of robbery in the first degree and sentenced to a prison term of 12 to 25 years. The crime was perpetrated by defendant and two accomplices, Ricky Cuff and Jacob Whitbeck, at about 2:00 p.m. on November 1, 1979 at King’s Variety Store in the City of Albany.
