MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
VINING, District Judge.
The plaintiff brought this action under the Equal Pay Act of 1963, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.) pendent jurisdiction was asserted over the plaintiff’s claim for breach of contract under Title 20 of the Georgia Code. The case was tried by the court sitting without a jury on April 23,1980.
