In this appeal from a jury’s verdict in a breach of contract action, appellant raises three points for reversal. We affirm in part and reverse in part.. Appellant’s predecessor, Southern Service and Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Hot Springs Savings and Loan Association, entered into a written agreement on August 31, 1978, with appellee, a builder, for the construction and sale of speculative homes in its Pine Meadows Subdivision in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
