Plaintiff filed a bill in the circuit court for the county of Calhoun, in chancery, against the Ironwood Amusement Corporation, of Ironwood. Michigan, and others. Service of summons was had on defendant Ironwood Amusement Corporation at its home office, and it, together with defendants Patrick J.
