Defendant, who was convicted of various counts of assault, argues on appeal that the trial court erred when it recommended that defendant pay restitution in an amount to be determined by the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (BOPPS). Defendant concedes that, because he did not object to the trial court’s order, he did not preserve the assignment of error.
