The Ft. Worth & Denver City Railway Company has appealed from a judgment rendered against it in favor of J. H. Berry for $726 as damages to a shipment of cattle from Ft. Worth to Amarillo. The suit was predicated upon allegations of rough handling and unreasonable delay in the shipment, all of which was alleged to be negligence, and that by reason of such negligence the cattle were bruised, skinned, cripr pled, and lost weight, and some of them were caused to die.
