NATURE OF CASE

Appellees, Troy Neiman and Carol Lewis, shareholders in appellant Tri R Angus, Inc. (Tri R), instituted this action in the district court for Thomas County against Tri R and director appellants Jon L. Neiman and Frances E. Neiman (the director appellants), seeking to have the director appellants judicially removed as directors of Tri R. Appellees brought this action pursuant to Neb. Rev.
