In this medical malpractice case, plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court’s order granting defendants’ motion for summary disposition. We reverse and remand for entry of an order reinstating plaintiffs complaint and dismissing plaintiffs claim against defendant Christina L. Coulbeck, R.N., without prejudice. This appeal has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
