PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE

This matter is before the Court upon “Request for Payment” filed on 5 March 1982. The request is essentially an application for fee allowance in the total amount of $22,100.00 filed by the Baggott Law Offices (hereinafter the Baggotts) for professional services rendered on behalf of Debtor documented by several pages of itemized professional services and time allocations.
