Questions that were determined at the trial upon the issues presented by the complaint, answer, and reply are res ad judicata and are not the subject of determination upon the order to show cause herein. It appears, however, that the court did not make a specific finding as to the exact property acquired through the joint efforts of the plaintiff and the defendant, nor did it seem necessary at that time to determine the exact date of the marriage between the plaintiff and the defendant.
