MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BENSON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff brought suit against the defendants alleging disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12112, religious discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, and common law gross negligence.
