The plaintiff in this case, Robert A. Anderson, seeks to have his marriage to Ruth Anderson which took place on December 18, 1965, annulled on two grounds, viz. (1) that his consent to said marriage was obtained by fraud, and (2) that said marriage was never consummated.

The evidence adduced at the trial shows that the parties *98have known each other for over one year and that they submitted to a serological test for syphilis and secured a physician’s statement concerning the same more than thirty days prior to December 19, 1965, as provided by Section 3101.05, Revised Code, but no marriage…
