This indictment, containing six counts, charges the defendants with violating the provisions of sections 6, 7, and 10 of the act of congress approved September 19, 1890, entitled "An act making appropriations for the construction, repair, and preservation of certain public works on rivers and harbors, and for other purposes.” Defendants demur to the indictment, and to each count thereof, and move to quash the same.
