Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed' this action pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). (ECF No. 17).
