(After stating the foregoing facts.) The question to be decided turns mainly upon a construction of the will, in order to determine whether the money derived from the sale of the property devised, over and above the par value of the property invested, goes to the life-tenant or to the remaindermen. The Civil Code (1910), § 3667 provides: “The natural increase of the property belongs to the tenant for life.
