MANFORD, Judge.
Appellants’ petition was in two counts. Count I was for a writ of certiorari pursuant to § 64.870, RSMo 1978.1 Count II was for declaratory judgment and injunction. Appellants sought to prevent respondents, members of the Boone County Board of Zoning Adjustment, from enforcing rules and regulations of the Board restricting the operation of a dog kennel within a particular designated zoning district.
