BERRY, Justice.

Plaintiff, Pearl Wiener, brought this action to recover actual and punitive damages resulting from wrongful conversion of household goods and other personal property.

Defendants, Beneficial Finance Co., K. E. Dailey and John Harley, denied occurrence of conversion but alleged plaintiff’s joint execution of a note for $300.00 secured by a chattel mortgage upon furniture, default upon the balance ($183.29) of the obligation, and defendants’ taking possession of the property with plaintiff’s acquiescence and consent.
