Resolution of this removed diversity declaratory judgment action requires interpretation and application of the Supreme Court of Virginia’s recent opinion in Virginia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. v. Williams, 278 Va. 75, 677 S.E.2d 299 (2009). Specifically, at issue on cross-motions for summary judgment is whether plaintiff is entitled under Virginia Farm Bureau to intra-policy stacking of his underinsured motorist (“UIM”) 1 coverages despite the clear anti-stacking language contained in his policy documents.
