This is an action pursuant to the court’s diversity jurisdiction by plaintiff, Ronnie Steve Dooley, against defendant, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (“Hartford”), seeking a declaratory judgment that his personal automobile insurance policy with Hartford affords him $200,000 in underinsured motorist coverage in connection with injuries he received in a motor vehicle accident in February of 2009 with a driver who had liability limits of $100,000.1 Hartford has counterclaimed for a declaratory judgment that its limit of liability for…
