This was a suit in chancery, involving a controversy between the holders of several successive liens on certain lots of land in Cook county. The facts not admitted by the pleadings are agreed to, and appear in the record by stipulation. On the 4th day of April, 1876, Graham Bros. & Co. brought their suit against Isaac M. Shideler and others, in the Superior Court of Cook county, by attachment, and levied their writ on said Shideler’s interest, in lots 25 and 26 in a certain subdivision in said county, and on the 11th day of May, 1876, a judgment was recovered in favor of the plaintiffs in…
