The appellee, Thomas Cobb, acting as guardian of Mrs. Fanny Hendricks, by virtue of an order of the Probate Court of St. Louis, Mo., made on the 24th day of October, 1874, adjudging her insane and appointing him her guardian, filed his bill in the court below, against Philip F. Seanlan and David B. Lyman, praying for a decree setting aside a deed executed by his ward to Seanlan on the 4th day of February, 1871, for a certain lot on Fourth avenue, in Chicago, and a deed of trust on the same property, executed subsequently by Seanlan to Lyman, as trustee of one Aaron C.
