John G. MacMullen, the plaintiff below, brought this action against South Carolina Electric & Gas Company to recover for personal injuries sustained by Mac-Mullen, alleged to have been caused by defendant’s negligence while he was working on electrical equipment designed to control' automatic coal-loading apparatus being installed as a part of deT fendant’s newly constructed steam power generating plant at McMeekin Station, Irmo, South Carolina.
