William Carroll appeals from a judgment of the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction, following trial by the court without the aid of a jury, convicting him of violating Ordinance 50549, § 768.010, Revised Ordinances City of St. Louis 1960, which provides that “No person shall hinder, obstruct, resist or otherwise interfere with any City officer in the discharge of his official duties.” Appellant was fined $50.
