GIERKE, Judge:
Before a military judge sitting as a general court-martial, appellant pleaded guilty to conspiracy to introduce lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) onto a naval base with intent to distribute, seven specifications of loan-sharking in violation of a Navy regulation, three specifications of possession of LSD with intent to distribute, five specifications of distributing LSD, and one specification of soliciting another to possess LSD, in violation of Articles 81, 92, 112a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 892, 912a, and 934, respectively.…
