COHEN, Judge:

A military judge, sitting as a special court-martial, convicted Appellant, consistent with his pleas, of three specifications of unauthorized absence (UA), simple assault, indecent assault, and disorderly conduct in violation of Articles 86, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 928, and 934. Appellant was sentenced to confinement for 90 days, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for three months, reduction to pay grade E-2, and a bad-conduct discharge.
