This is a suit in equity, brought by ■the plaintiff, as receiver of the First National Bank of Little Rock, against the defendants; chárgiñg that they were directors of the said bank for a period of years, and seeking to fix a liability upon them as guch directors under the provisions of the acts of congress and by the rules of equity. The bill, after reciting various losses sustained by the bank during the time in which the defendants were directors thereof, charges:
