DECISION
CONRAD B. DUBERSTEIN, Chief Judge.
The trustee has moved this court for a determination of proofs of claim, hereinafter described, filed by Philip M. Kovitz, Esq. (hereinafter referred to as “Kovitz” or “claimant”), so as to establish the status of said claims and whether or not Kovitz is a creditor of the debtor.
