Affirming.

The appellant, Mrs. Rebecca J. Littleton, was awarded a decree of divorce from the appellee, Andrew J. Littleton, and given $1,000 as alimony, and an allowance of $200 for attorneys’ fees. Prom the judgment respecting these allowances, she prosecutes an appeal, and the appellee asks a cross-appeal; the one claiming they are not sufficient, and the other that nothing should have been allowed.

The parties were elderly at the time of their marriage in December, 1924, and both had been married previously. They are substantial citizens of Carter…
