Appellant, Abbie E. Collins, and appellee, Logan A. Collins, were married February 26, 1927, and lived together as husband and wife until February 14, 1937. They have one child, Logan E. Collins, who was born January 23, 1928. Appellant brought this action for divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. The chancellor rendered a judgment granting her an absolute divorce and awarding her custody of the child and $5 a week for his maintenance. He also adjudged that she recover alimony in the…
