ORIGINAL PROCEEDING IN HA-BEAS CORPUS

HOWARD, Presiding Judge.

This is an original proceeding in habeas corpus by the natural mother seeking custody of her two minors sons, aged approximately 2 and 3 years respectively. The respondents are petitioner’s sister-in-law and her husband.

In October of 1967, petitioner was separated from her husband. She was then living in the State of California and was in need of assistance in taking care of her two infant sons.
