WELLS, Judge.

In this suit the plaintiff seeks recovery against the defendant insurance company to collect on a previous money judgment entered against defendant’s insured, Frank Willard Moore. The parties agree as to the essential facts presented in this action.

On 30 October 1970 plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident when her vehicle collided with a 1956 Chevrolet automobile driven by a man the police identified as Frank William Moore.
