This appeal involves litigation which started as two separate actions, one for conversion (No. 839225) and the other for declaratory relief upon a statutory vehicle dealer’s bond (No. 828311), which arose from a finance company’s purchasing a conditional sales contract covering a certain Cadillac automobile, which later turned out to be a stolen vehicle. The two cases were consolidated and one judgment based upon a single consolidated set of findings and conclusions was entered.
