This is an original application for a writ of review. The facts as shown by the record before us are substantially as follows: On May 29,1919, James Holland, as plaintiff, commenced an action in the superior court for Stevens county, Washington, seeking the appointment of a receiver for the Silver Basin Mining Company, a corporation. On the same day, the corporation filed its answer in the cause, admitting the material allegations of the complaint and consenting to the appointment of a receiver.
