Attorney Benjamin P. Knowlton petitioned this Court to review the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation for discipline of the Board of Commissioners of the Utah State Bar. After investigation and hearings by a hearing panel of the Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Bar, the Board adopted the panel’s conclusions that Knowlton violated the following provisions of the Utah Code of Professional Responsibility (1971): DR 1-102(A)(4) (engaging in conduct involving dishonesty), DR 1-102(A)(6) (engaging in conduct that adversely reflects on fitness to practice…
