ODOM, Justice.
Plaintiffs appealed from a judgment sustaining an exception of no cause of action filed by the defendants.
The facts disclosed by the petition are that Julia Ford and her son, Ragan, own the S. E. % of the N,,W. % and the S. W. % of the N. E. % of Sec. 28, Tp. 21 N., R. 5 W., in Claiborne parish, and that on August 26, 1924, they sold to R. W. Williams an undivided one-fourth interest in the minerals in and under said land.
