On the 20th of April, 1917, Andreas Seubert sold to G. L. Carriere three tracts of land in Richland parish, reserving the mineral oil and gas rights on the lands, described as follows: (1) E% of Eya, SW% of SEy,, N% of NW% and SW% of section 1; (2) sy2 of NE% and W% of SE% of section 2, and NE% of section 11, all in township 16 north, range 5 east; and (3) NW% of NE% and Sy2 of NE% of section 34, and NWy, of section 35, in township 17 north, range 5 east.
