This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ Bank of America, N.A. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Second Amended Verified and Sworn Complaint (Doc. # 59) filed on February 1, 2018. Also before the Court is defendant Fannie Mae’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Verified & Sworn Complaint filed on February 21, 2013. (Doc. # 66.)
