Allen Glyn Sonnier and Nolan Paul Martin (“Appellants”) appeal the district court’s grant of a motion to dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, which dismissal finally disposed of Appellants’ individual and purported class action claims. Appellants possessed automobile insurance policies from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”).
