Appellant Woodson D. Walker appeals from an order of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct (Committee) finding him in violation of five provisions of the Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct and suspending his license to practice law for three years. We affirm.
The facts leading up to this order are as follows. On February 8, 2001, Ms. Reeshema Britt of Little Rock was injured in an automobile accident. The other driver in the accident, who was insured by State Farm Insurance Company, was clearly at fault. Britt wanted to file suit against the driver,…
