This is an original action under •the Arkansas Supreme Court Procedures Regulating Professional Conduct (Procedures). The Executive Director of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct (Ligón) filed an action for disbarment against Michael Anthony Price, based on two specific complaints, that of: (1) Timothy Stallings, a former client; and, (2) Federal Judge Susan Weber Wright, involving Price’s representation of Anthony J.
