Plaintiff Springfield Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. (Springfield), appeals the trial court’s dismissal of its second amended complaint pursuant to section 2 — 615 (735 ILCS 5/2 — 615 (West 2004)) and section 2 — 619 (735 ILCS 5/2 — 619 (West 2004)) of the Code of Civil Procedure. Springfield contends on appeal that the trial court erred in dismissing its foreclosure of a mechanic’s lien count on the basis of constructive fraud because no evidence demonstrating Springfield’s intent to defraud was established by defendants Oak-wood, LLC, and Southeast Contractors, LLC.
