[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.]MEMORANDUM OF DECISION The plaintiff, Joyce Oliver, filed a four count "first amended complaint" dated October 15, 1993, in which she alleges that on two different occasions she slipped and fell on a floor on premises occupied by Continuing Health Care Corporation, (CHCC), and owned by Health and Rehabilitation Properties Trust (HRPT), the defendants.
